Returns & Refunds
We strive to provide the best quality jewellery, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:  

  1. Unboxing Video Required – To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide an unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the package. This helps us verify any damage or incorrect items. 

  2. No Returns for Change of Mind – Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind.  

  3. Refund Process – If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  

  4. Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a defective item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery along with the required unboxing video.
