6. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • We offer a return and exchange policy only if the product gets delivered defective and damaged and in that case we need an unboxing video to process the request which needs to be sent to us within the 24 hours after receiving the product. Video should be unedited and full box and products should be visible in video. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
